Madison's final summer festival - the Willy Street Fair - is a grand spectacle. It starts with a parade. A parade that anyone can be in. There is no theme except that it is colorful. Following the parade is an afternoon filled with music by some of Madison's best, and imports from far-flung places. People dance. People eat. But above all else, people laugh and smile.
