They are the Dragon Knights, visiting Madison, WI, for the World Music Festival and the Willy Street Fair. With their fabulous costumes and excellent role playing, the Dragon Knights are a fantastic fantastical addition to the event. They will be performing again this morning in the Willy Street Fair parade - at 11:00 - so get moving!
